If you have now or in a previous working life be a victim you’ll know what I’m going to talk about in this post workplace bullies.

I just wanted to take a moment out of the regular post to discuss a subject which drives people to all kind of situations in their work life but more important their home life.

workplace bullies are around in most peoples work life. They exist as a result of stature…nothing else. But how and why does this happen.

In my opinion….its the competitive life of today….keeping up with the neighbours,having a partner as a bully at home or simply lacking confidence in others and themself.

People go through school life and then more than likely move on to college or even some go straight into a job. I have been through some of this phase, from a coal miner to production line then into an office position and have been there since. Now going through this route you get to see the different angle that people take towards other people and the ones that get the most productive work done is the ones that have respect for their piers.

The ones that get less respect , because they live in fear of their piers ONLY do the work in fear of their job or maybe some overtime that is planned ( you know what I’m talking about here ). When it gets tough in the work place and their is a need for maybe a big order to go out….who are you going to help out?… Of course your going to help the one you respect.

Corporate bullies are made from their own selfish greed for walking over others to get to the top. They live in a safe bubble of corporate life think that the CEO will take them to the top. Outside of this bubble and they are screwed and that when they inflict pain and heartache on others. They are a victim of society have little or no respect ( except for the junior bully behind them) and they will live a very un-happy exsistance outside of the work place. You know…these guys think they are popular ???

The reason I’m posting this today is, if your a victim of this then let this be your No1 reason to start your own business and work for yourself. You don’t need these people….but they need you….Well tough.

Get yourself into gear and start to give yourself hope. Just don’t jump onto any business though. Carefully go through the details .
